Wouldn't it be nice to have a quiet place where you could just workout with someone who knows how to help you? Welcome to Body Pump. We're a new kind of gym — we prefer calling ourselves a fitness studio.

Located in downtown Toronto, Body Pump's intimate studio allows you to work with a personal trainer to achieve your goals. Gone are the days of lining up for equipment, competing for space, and those membership fees. Yuck!

At Body Pump you and your personal trainer will design your program to meet your goals. And then, you'll work together in our clean, quiet, and fully-equipped studio to start making those goals a reality.
