The bulk of what we do at Body Pump involves personal training with our clients. While we do get new clients calling or stopping in at the gym, we encourage all of our personal trainers to find most of their own clients.
We are working to build up our offering in fitness classes. Currently we have classes in boxing, yoga, bootcamp fitness, Pilates, and spinning. If you have a specialized skill and think that you could run a class, please contact us.
Also, Body Pump offers massage therapy and lifestyle coaching services. If you have an idea for a fitness-related service to offer our clients, by all means get in touch with us.
