If you're looking to supplement your one-on-one personal training, Body Pump offers a selection of fitnesses classes. We like to keep the class size small so that participants are getting more personal attention. So you won't find any more than eight participants in a class, and often, even fewer than that. Bootcamp Fitness Classes

Bootcamp Fitness Classes

Deriving their name from the military-style workout regimes we've seen in the movies, bootcamp fitness classes mix traditional calisthenic and body-weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The group dynamic can often help push you harder than you'd push yourself.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 p.m.
Mondays and Thursdays at 6 a.m.

Boxing Classes

BoxFit Boxing Classes

There are fewer other forms of exercise that provide you with a more complete workout than boxing. It conditions the whole body, builds muscle strength, improves agility and co-ordination, and provides a complete workout for the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and other muscle groups.

Pilates Classes

Pilates Classes

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates early in the 20th century and it emphasizes the development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness. Pilates works well for a wide range of people from dancers to senior citizens.

Get ready to sweat! Our spinning class instructor will guide participants through a variety of workout phases: warm-up, steady cadences, speed sprints, hill climbs, and cool-downs.

Spin & Abs: Fridays at 7 p.m. Saturdays at 2 p.m. / Wednesday at 7 p.m.
