Deriving their name from the military-style workout regimes we've seen in the movies, bootcamp fitness classes mix traditional calisthenic and body-weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The group dynamic can often help push you harder than you'd push yourself.

There are fewer other forms of exercise that provide you with a more complete workout than boxing. It conditions the whole body, builds muscle strength, improves agility and co-ordination, and provides a complete workout for the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and other muscle groups.
