 - Pre-assessment through Claudia’s Nutrition Profile Forms
 
 - Initial 30-minute consultation to get further information about your lifestyle,
   your daily schedule and food preferences.
 
 - A Nutrition Recommendations Report that will help you understand what
   dietary changes are necessary to achieve your goals.
 
 - A Meal Plan that outlines portion sizes, appropriate food combinations and
   actual meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Your meal
   plan will be based on where you eat - restaurants, take-out and home.
 
              Combine personal training sessions with nutrition consulting and
