How Much Does a Personal Trainer Cost?

This depends upon a number of things, but hiring a personal trainer will cost in the range of $45 - $75 per session. It depends on whether you want a half- or full-hour session; and it will depend on what you're looking to achieve. Specialized training like getting ready for a marathon, for instance, may cost you more than a regular getting-into-shape session.

The experience and knowledge of your trainer may also play a part in determining the fee; as do other things, such as whether the trainer is travelling to you, or whether you're taking part in an individual or group session or one of our fitness classes. Call Body Pump or download our questionnaire and someone will get back to you.
