As such, Lisa trains her clients not only to achieve their physical health goals, but to help them adopt a balanced lifestyle that promotes long-term success in and out of the gym. Lisa values the commitment and personal responsibility required to make positive changes and she delivers effective, tailored fitness programs that maximize results.
For several years now, Lisa has been helping people get stronger, healthier, and more self confident. Lisa has also studied holistic nutrition; and when not training her clients, Lisa is studying in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management program at George Brown College in Toronto. |
