Phil is the co-founder of Body Pump. He established the fitness studio in 1997. Phil has been involved in sports all his life. While working on his B.A. at the University of Toronto, Phil played with the Varsity Blues football team.
Phil loves working with a variety of clients from those wanting to stay in shape or improve their physical fitness to those working through a weight-loss program. Designing personal workout programs for all his clients helps each reach his or her own distinct goal.
Phil's other interests include soccer, squash, tennis, basketball, golf, cycling, reading, painting and the Arts. |
