Richard has been in the health and fitness industry for the last five years. He specializes in high-perfomance, athletic training as well as weight-loss training for both men and women. Richard's strengths lie in his creativity and energy. He is considered a "results trainer," meaning he works closely with clients to attain their individual goals and produce desired results.
Outside the gym, Richard has coached both varsity hockey and football for the last four years at De La Salle College in Toronto. He also has 15 years of hockey experience playing at a high level in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL).
