Susan is committed to helping people live healthy and well-meaning lifestyles. She believes that physical movement is essential to our health and ability to cope with everyday life. As such, Susan brings the wisdom of Pilates, one of many mind-body methods, to help people achieve functional movement and vitality. Susan offers instruction in Pilates and Integrated Movement Therapies (IMt)® for individuals and group classes.
Susan is certified as a Second Wind® Pilates Plus® Instructor. Susan integrates the teachings of mind-body methods and fitness with the work she does outside of the studio, as owner of Wright Momentum, a lifestyle coaching and consulting business. Susan imparts her knowledge and understanding about the significance of personal well-being and its relationship to success in life and business. |
