Testimonials:
1) I've been working out with Claudia for over 6 years
now. She helped me get back in shape after a painful neck injury;
she helped me look my best on my wedding day, she's gotten me through
the stress of working on many TV productions; and she'll be the
person I'll count on to help me stay fit and strong during my
pregnancy. What sets Claudia apart from other trainers is (1)
She's really knowledgeable. Claudia is dedicated to keeping up to
date on all the latest equipment, exercises, good trends and bad trends
- giving you the best the field has to offer while protecting you from
the worst. She also knows nutrition and can help you take stock
of your diet and make lifestyle changes to keep your body working at
its optimum level. I trust her completely to invent a great
workout and keep me free of injury. (2) She listens to you.
Before every workout she takes stock of your health, aches and pains
and energy level and tailors the workout to give you the most benefit
without exacerbating problems. She thinks on her feet, modifying
exercises to meet your needs and goals rather than trying to force you
into a pre-set regimen. (She designed special sit-ups for me after my
neck injury when I couldn't even lift my head!). (3) She never
lets you get bored. Claudia really loves what she does, so she
challenges herself and you to interesting workouts and changes routines
and equipment to keep you inspired about what you're doing. (4)
She doesn't judge you. You don't have to pretend to be an athlete
if you are not. If you're a chunky girl like me, you never feel
out of place at her gym. Claudia works with you to make the best
out of what you've got to give you strength and energy and a healthy
body weight. (5) She's a really nice, vivacious and
interesting person. Claudia started out as my trainer and now I
consider her as one of my best friends. I really look foward to
seeing her twice a week and catching up while I sweat. In
summary, you'll never find a better trainer!

2) Depressed, moody and jealous are merely a few
words that use to describe me prior training at Body Pump's private
studio loft. I have been training with Claudia for a little less
than a year and she has completely revitalized not only my physical
body but also my mental well-being. Claudia has ultimately helped
me to believe in myself. She is an excellent trainer who
motivates me through exercise and nutritional counseling. I see
Claudia as not only my personal trainer but a true friend who has
helped me to be more confident and enjoy life to its fullest!
Everyone notices my new body and attitude. Claudia's guidance has
enable me to successfully lose the fat in a healthy manner. I am
now able to feel good and look great in the clothes I always dreamed of
wearing. Thank you Body Pump for helping me to discover how
life should be lived!!

Testimonials:
A year and a half ago, as my 40th birthday
loomed, I was under a lot of stress and was constantly tired. I had
been very dissatisfied with my lack of fitness for some time and had
wanted to do something about it but was unsure as to what to do. I had
thought of joining a gym but knew from past experience that I would
most likely not go on a regular basis and I disliked group classes
because of their set schedules and waiting lists.
Then I was introduced to Phil Rowe and Body Pump,
and after making an appointment with him that was convenient for me, I
went for a consultation at their studio. Phil asked me what my fitness
goals were (I wanted to lose some weight and tone my body) and what my
normal daily routine and eating habits were like. After assessing these
things, he put me through the paces to determine how fit I was as well,
as to demonstrate a basic exercise regime that would start me off in
the right direction of achieving my goal.
In that session, I also learned more about Phil's
past sports experiences and sports-training experience, and was very
impressed. Not only did I recognize that he is an excellent personal
trainer, but that this was perhaps the the best way that I could
receive the help that I needed to solidify my fitness routine. I also
saw that Phil was able to motivate me to push myself that little
bit further through holding me accountable, and I felt comfortable
knowing that I could do so without injury because of his monitoring.
I began meeting with Phil twice a week and he
started me off on various routines tailored specifically for my needs,
that over time he modified to match my growing abilities. The beginning
of a different life habit is always difficult to break into, but thanks
to Phil's motivation, along with the obvious physical results, I was
spurred on to continue. As a result of my efforts, this summer I was
able to take up competitive sailing, mountain biking and road biking
and loved every minute of it!
Now long-time friends remark on how great I look
and new friends cannot believe that I am approaching my 41st birthday.
I continue to see Phil once a week, faithfully. I am now 21% body fat
and have lost 20lbs., but gained so much more in terms of my quality of
life. I have found that the more I do the more I WANT to do! Thanks to
Phil's guidance, I am no longer unhappily sitting on the sidelines at
sporting events but have now become an enthusiastic participant!
A fan for life,
Michelle Lydon
