Hatha Yoga (ha="sun" tha = "moon") attains this union of mind-body-spirit though a balanced practice of Astanga, the eight limbs of yoga.

5. Pratyahara: inner focus

7. Dhrana: meditation
8. Samadhi: absorption

Pilates for healthy movement and fitness

Pilates defined:
Pilates (pronounced pi-la-tease) is an approach to fitness that develops a balance between strength and flexibility with the goal of improving posture and mobility for optimal conditioning and ease of movement. Pilates will complement your regular fitness regime.
